Parish rate

The Parish rate represents the proportional part of the Council Tax (collected by the District Council), which is paid to, and funds the Town Council’s responsibilities. This amounts to £116.98 for Band D, in the year 2015-2016.

Town Council precept

Based on the above Parish rate, this represents a total of £890,585 (precept amount) for the year 2015-2016.
