Hailsham Town Council is encouraging residents to subscribe to Our Hailsham and receive the latest news, updates and information from the Council directly by email.
The latest edition of Our Hailsham, the Council’s quarterly newsletter for residents, is now available online, with the Autumn 2026 edition featuring updates on Council activities, local services, community projects, events and other news from across Hailsham.

Following the move to a digital format, Our Hailsham is no longer distributed through public collection points. Instead, residents can read the newsletter online via the Town Council website or, for the easiest way to stay informed, subscribe to receive future editions by email.
The newsletter has also returned to a quarterly publishing schedule, with new editions issued in Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.
Subscribing means residents can keep up to date with the work of Hailsham Town Council without having to remember to check the website for each new edition.
Corporate Services Manager, Karen Giddings, said: “We want to make it as easy as possible for residents to keep up with what is happening across Hailsham, and subscribing to Our Hailsham is a simple way to do just that.”
“Each edition brings together Council news, community information, forthcoming events and updates on projects that affect our town. Having the newsletter delivered directly to your inbox means you can stay informed as soon as a new edition is published.”
“The move to a digital newsletter also allows us to communicate with a wider audience while reducing the amount of printing required. We recognise that some residents still value having something they can read in print, so copies remain available from the Town Council Offices on request, subject to a small charge to cover printing costs.”
“We would particularly encourage residents who have not yet subscribed to sign up. It only takes an email and a quick request, and it means you won’t miss future editions of Our Hailsham.”
To receive future editions of Our Hailsham directly by email, simply contact enquiries@hailsham-tc.gov.uk and put ‘Subscribe to Newsletter’ in the subject line.
Residents can also access the current and previous editions via the Town Council’s newsletter webpage.
