East sussex Charity, Association of Carers, are running a free everyday First Aid Training session in partnership with the British Red Cross in Hailsham to help people who want to increase their confidence using key lifesaving skills. Anyone over 18 years of age can attend. Liimited spaces available, so early booking is recommended (however, you are welcome to turn up on the day).
