YOUTH WORKERS (PART-TIME)
SALARY: JNC Pay Scale: 5 (£25,580-£26,225 p/a) pro rata for part-time hours
HOURS: Sessional between 5.30pm and 9.30pm
LOCATION: Hailsham and Hellingly, East Sussex
CLOSING DATE: 4pm, Friday 27th March 2026

About Us: Hailsham Youth Service is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for young people. We work across a range of services including youth clubs, outreach programs, and mentoring schemes, ensuring young people have access to the opportunities and support they need to thrive.
The Role: As a Youth Worker, you will work closely with young people aged 10-21 to deliver a range of youth work activities, events and services to meet the social, educational, emotional, behavioural and developmental needs of young people. You will have the opportunity to build strong, supportive relationships with young people, encouraging them to engage in activities, make informed choices and achieve their goals.
