As part of the Hailsham Christmas Market review, the Town Council has produced a survey to collect feedback from the public. The results of this survey will be used to understand the impact of this year’s Christmas Market on the town.
We would like to know what you think about the Christmas Market, which took place in the town centre on Saturday 3rd December, including anything else you would like to see there and any ideas you have.

Deputy Town Mayor and chairman of the Town Council’s Communities Committee Councillor Amanda O’Rawe said: “As part of our ongoing consultation with businesses and residents and to help us to address any issues or concerns relating to festive markets organised by the Town Council and Hailsham Forward, we would be grateful if you could take a couple of minutes to complete our short survey.”
To take part in the survey and help improve and develop plans for future Christmas Markets, go to www.hailsham-tc.gov.uk, where you can download and print the questionnaire. Please return the form to Karen Giddings, Hailsham Town Council, Inglenook, Market Street, Hailsham, BN27 2AE.
Alternatively, the questionnaires can be scanned and returned to the office by email.
If you would prefer not to fill in the form but would still like to comment you can visit the office or telephone on 01323 841702 and pass your comments to reception.
Councillor O’Rawe added: “Hailsham Christmas Market organisers are always keen to find out what you think of the annual event, to help improve and to develop plans for coming years. We will soon be commencing plans for the next Christmas Market and plan to develop the stalls and entertainment on offer even further, so any input from the public will be much appreciated.”
