Part of the Hailsham Festival of Arts & Culture. Have you ever wanted to sing in a choir, but you’re not sure where to start? Hailsham Choral Society is holding a free Open Workshop! Normally the choir – about 60 singers – performs great classical music like the sublime Mozart Requiem or Haydn’s glorious Nelson Mass. It’s some of the best choral music ever written, but not something that a beginner could tackle easily. This year, we want to give everyone the opportunity of singing as part of a choir – no previous experience necessary.
