Taking place in Vicarage Field and featuring festive entertainment and more! Santa will be handing out free sweets to children and local primary pupils will be carol singing prior to the official switching on of the lights at 6pm.
There will be festive refreshments on sale, plus Hailsham FM will be playing Christmas music and local actor Jon Campling, who appeared in two Harry Potter films among other movies, will switch on the lights alongside the Town Mayor.
Hailsham Parish Church will be open to the public directly after the switch-on and looks forward to welcoming residents and visitors, serving free hot chocolate with marshmallows.
