1. I confirm that I am the owner of the property detailed below, or am authorised by the owner to agree on his/her behalf, or I am reporting graffiti on an area I do not own.
2. I agree that Hailsham Town Council may carry out graffiti removal work at the property.
3. I agree that Hailsham Town Council shall not be liable to me for any loss or damage occurring to my property that arises directly or indirectly as a result of any ground surface cleansing work on my property.
4. I agree that any photos taken may be used as evidence or for promotional literature.
5. I agree to indemnify the council against all liabilities and expenses arising from any claim made against it that arises directly or indirectly as a result of graffiti removal work on my property.
6. The process of removing graffiti from coated surfaces can also remove some of the coating, eg, paint. Any redecoration required will be the responsibility of the premises owner and is NOT part of the graffiti removal service quoted.
7. If a customer requires any damaged area to be re-coated by the Town Council this maybe possible depending on the nature of the works and availability of staff. These works will be subject to an additional charge and is not part of the free service offered to residents of Hailsham.
